PosiSource Price-Protection Policy

For existing accounts, in good standing, PosiSource will beat any advertised competitor net pricing by 5% - as long as the adjusted price is above our cost.  This price protection is extended to all existing PosiSource customers, that are current in their payments.  “Net” pricing means delivered pricing or the net amount charged, to get the product to the customer’s door, including any shipping fees, handling charges, et cetera.

Unlike when PosiSource began business in 1996, today there are many companies selling what we sell.  Some of these companies are reputable and some are not and the level of service they provide runs the gamut.  It has gotten to the point where any company can beat any other company’s pricing, on any given day.  The question then becomes whether-or-not they will be able to do so over the long-term and what level of service do they provide.  Of course, competitors that sell at-or-below their cost, over the long-term, have the nasty habit of going out of business. Some competitors will sell at-or-below their cost, on order #1, and then increase their price to market-rate (or higher) on subsequent reorders, hoping the customer won’t notice.  PosiSource does not do business that way, never has, never will, and this is one of the reasons why we’ve been around for 16-years. 

PosiSource’s business philosophy has been “to beat most competitors on price and beat all competitors on service” – this philosophy remains unchanged.   PosiSource’s goal is to establish long-term business relationships with customers that reorder and pay on-time.  In exchange, we offer best-in-class service and fair pricing.  Of course, the word “fair” means different things to different folks and so PosiSource offers its 5% price-protection policy to back-up our definition.  So, if you are a current customer and come across a net price that beats ours, just call.
